Marvin the Martian is an animated character appearing in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons from Warner Bros. He was created by Chuck Jones.
Marvin's first appearance was in the 1948 cartoon "Haredevil Hare," where he sought to destroy Earth because it obstructed his view of Venus.
